Tungsten Copper Electrode is basically alloy based item that has wide applications in electrochemical machinery and electrical discharge equipment. This tungsten electrode is developed by adopting pressing, sintering and infiltration methods. This electrode is of three types that include Class 10, Class 11 and class 12. We would like to introduce ourselves as a growth oriented manufacturer of excellent quality Tungsten Copper Electrode. The offered item is available with plywood packing and we deliver it by ship or by air within a specific time.
Features
- Exceptional thermal conductivity level
- Less thermal expansion rate
- Outstanding wear protection properties
- Good electricity conductivity level
Classification
- Tungsten copper (Class 10) is suitable for butt and flash welding electrodes and this type of electrode is used in those works that require outstanding compressive strength, better thermal and electrical conductivity, complete protection against heat and less thermal expansion. This dense metal with exceptional hardness level contains 55% tungsten and 45% copper. Its high strength and wear resistance capacity deserve special mention.
- Tungsten copper (Class 11) - Just like Class 10 type, this item also possesses excellent thermal and electrical conductivity level, has high tensile strength and known for its unique wear resistance properties. But this type of electrode is harder than class 10 type of electrode. It is required for flash, butt and projection welding of electrodes. It is also utilized for overturning of light and seam welding bushings, for manufacturing chip carriers, flanges, frames for power semi conductor machinery and substrates . It is also required for spot welding of low conductivity steel.
- Tungsten copper (Class 12) consists of 80% tungsten and 20% copper and this electrode is stronger than its class 11 and class 10 counter parts. Generally, it is utilized for cross wire welding and heavy duty projection welding electrodes. Its application can also be noticed in defense, gas and oil industries.
